Turning Adversity into Opportunity

These definitely are trying times in our world.  With so much uncertainty, it may feel as if everything is beyond our control.  Anxiety is at an all time high and we’re all left wondering if our immune systems are strong enough to weather this storm. For these precise reasons, now is the time to focus on your health and I’m here to help you do that.

The four most common objections and/or obstacles that people tell me they face when deciding they want to adopt a healthy lifestyle are:

  1. Time (not enough of it)
  2. Motivation (simply don’t have it)
  3. Accountability (need a little help here)
  4. Information (don’t know what to do or how to do it)

Time

For many people, schedules have opened up. Let’s take advantage of this newly found time we have at home to create healthy habits such as meal prep, being active, and truly focusing on ourselves.

Motivation/Accountability

Check in daily on the Nuzzi Chiropractic Facebook page and share with us what you are doing to stay healthy and active.  I will be contributing to the page to share and explain phrases, concepts and success stories that motivate me everyday. If enough of us join together and do this we will have the support we need to succeed

Information

I am often asked, “What is the best way to lose weight, tone up etc.?”  My answer is always the same: the best eating plan is one you can follow and any activity is better than no activity.  That said, I will use this Facebook page to share my favorite healthy meals, snacks and grocery store finds, as well as easy ways to add activity to your day that work for me and the clients I coach.

We are all in this together. Please join me in turning adversity into an incredible opportunity for health and wellness.
